Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pureglovia@pureglovia.com.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
